Like any good amateur astronomy enthusiast preparing to deliver his / her first talk, Bill Holland got all snazzed up to demo the Alesis Andromeda A6 . This massive analog synth has nearly as many controls as the Andromeda galaxy has habitable planets, ie, it’ll be decades or even centuries before we know for sure.

This Screencast (without Sound) shows how to connect a Behringer BCR2000 MIDI Controller to a Alesis Micron Virtual Analog Synthesizer via PureData in order to transform the NRPN MIDI-Values in a way the Micron can understand them. Operating-System: Linux 64 Studio. The BCR2000 is connected via USB
